Radhe Renewable Energy Ltd and TopLine Energy Systems;
Announce Joint Venture for Coal to Liquid Fuel (CTL) Plant in Florida
Radhe Renewable Energy Development Pvt. Ltd. headquarter in Rajkot, Gujarat, India and TopLine Energy Systems LLC have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement to develop and build a revolutionary Coal to Liquid Fuels (CTL) demonstration plant at the new, state-of-the-art, 300,000 ft2 TopLine Energy Systems facility in Brooksville, Florida.
Radhe Energy is engaged in designing, supplying, installing and servicing turnkey Gasification Systems for the ceramic and metallurgical industries in India. Radhe currently has over 290 gasifiers currently deployed commercially and is the largest gasification corporation in Asia. A new type of SSAPOX Gasifier will use advent GlidArc® heating elements (GlidArc® Combustors) developed by Dr. Albin Czernichowski and TopLine Energy, allowing the Gasifier to be self-sustaining and operate without the aid of external supplied energy or electricity. The new SSAPOX Gasifier shall be mated with GlidArc® cold-plasma Technology to make ultra-clean Syngas, which will be utilized as fuel for TopLine™-CentriGen Flex-Fuel Gas Turbines and as feedstock for a new type of Fischer-Tropsch Reactor called ComPlate™ to produce Synthetic Liquid Fuels from Coal and Biomass.
Initial testing of ComPlate™ FT Reactor has shown vast improvements in efficiencies, economies and yields far surpassing all current commercialized FT Systems. ComPlate uses a proprietary, environmentally friendly Iron-based catalyst and incorporates easy change, recyclable R-Plates. With the use of GlidArc, efficiencies shall improve to the next magnitude.
High interest has been expressed in this new technology as there now appears to be a way to reform coal into ultra-clean, pure liquid synthetic fuels at competitive economies. Initially, the plant will produce some 400 gallons of SynDiesel per day. The System is to be scalable and self-sustaining. Radhe shall have responsibility for deployment of CTL systems in India and Australia as well as other Asian countries and TopLine LLC will bring the new system to North and South America and Europe. A complete, comprehensive, game-changing Distributed Energy System consisting of the SSAPOX Gasifier, GlidArc® cold-plasma, TopLine™-TopLine Turbine and ComPlate™ FT Reactors could be ready for commercial deployment by late 2011. Biomass, MSW, Wood Waste and other dry carbonaceous materials will be future target feedstocks.
